The Defence Tech Valley International Investment Summit was held in Kyiv on 3-4 October 2024. The event showcased more than 2,600 unique defence technologies, including unmanned aerial vehicles, artificial intelligence solutions and robotic systems.
“UMO UKRAINE” also joined the event by attending panel discussions and pitching sessions where Ukrainian startups presented innovative solutions. We shared our best practices and established strong partnerships as the official Teledyne FLIR representative in Ukraine, providing Ukrainian manufacturers with the opportunity to receive FLIR cameras for testing with comprehensive support from our team in the process of integrating them into various products.
The summit was an important step forward in promoting Ukraine as a focal point for international investors seeking to contribute to the fast-growing defence industry. Through the exchange of ideas, experiences and investment strategies, the summit opened new avenues for cooperation that will contribute to the development of defence innovation in Ukraine in the future.
